Creating a support information file

If you have trouble with Live PDF and are contacting support, attaching a Live PDF support information file will help the Live PDF support team serve you more effectively.

Here's how to create a Live PDF support information file:

  • Right-click on the Live PDF tray icon and select Settings...
  • In Settings, select Advanced on the left, then Create support file at lower right (see below)

  • Live PDF will create the file (it might take a few minutes), provide you a confirmation (example below) and put the ZIP file on your desktop

  • Attach the ZIP file to your support case or email
